An order becomes a contract only when we send the dispatch confirmation — not at checkout, not at payment. We reserve the right, in honest cases of stock-out, mispricing, or fraud, to cancel an order before dispatch and refund the full amount.

You confirm that the information you provide at checkout — name, address, phone, email — is accurate. We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address because of a typo.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. Shipping is shown at checkout, calculated by weight and pincode. We support UPI, all major debit/credit cards, and net-banking via Razorpay. We do not store any card or UPI information on our servers.

Standard dispatch is within two working days of order confirmation. Delivery to most metros lands in 3–5 working days; to non-metros and remote pincodes, 5–8 working days. Detailed timing lives in our Shipping Policy.

Because we sell perishable food, we don't take general returns. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, mis-shipped, or visibly off — see the Returns Policy. You can cancel an unconfirmed order any time before dispatch — see the Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Place orders with intent to defraud or with stolen payment instruments.
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically copy the shop's content.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to disable any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the kitchen letter list for any commercial purpose.

Our products contain tree nuts and are packed in a facility that handles tree nuts, dairy, and gluten. If you have a serious allergy, please do not order from us — we cannot guarantee allergen-free batches. Once a parcel leaves our facility, you are responsible for storing it correctly: a cool, dry shelf, away from sunlight.

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed gift occasion, a delayed event, a forgotten anniversary. We will, however, do our honest best to make it right.

Any dispute is to be raised first with the desk. If we can't settle it across email or a phone call, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction, and Indian law applies.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The plaque above always shows the current effective date. Material changes are emailed to anyone with an active order or a kitchen-letter subscription.
