— Common Questions TWENTY-ODD, IN ORDER
  1. Where do you source from?

Direct from 42 family farms across six origins — Pampore (Kashmir, almonds & saffron), Anantnag (walnuts), Kerman (Iranian pistachios), Jordan Valley (Medjool dates), Kandahar (Anjeer figs), and Mangalore (cashews). No middlemen, no auction houses — just signed contracts with the families that actually farm.

  2. Are your products organic?

Some are certified organic; some aren't, but are grown without synthetic pesticides anyway. We list the certification clearly on each product page. We don't slap an "organic" sticker on something just because it sells better.

  3. How fresh are the nuts?

Every bag is sealed within 72 hours of arriving in Amritsar, and we don't roast more than two weeks ahead of demand. The best-by date on each pouch is conservative — most batches taste correct for 60–90 days past it, if stored properly.

  4. How should I store them?

Cool, dry shelf — pantry, not fridge. Once opened, transfer to an airtight glass or steel jar; the kraft pouch is great for shipping but loses its seal once cut. In summer (above 30°C), the fridge is fine but let the nuts come back to room temperature before eating.

  5. Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Everything we sell is a tree nut, a dried fruit, or both. The kraft-room also handles dairy (saffron-milk packs) and gluten-bearing snack mixes. If you have a serious allergy, please don't order from us — we cannot guarantee allergen-free batches.

  6. Are products vegan / gluten-free / sugar-free?

Most are: plain nuts, plain dates, plain figs — vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar. The exceptions (chocolate-coated, milk-based, snack mixes) are flagged clearly on the product page in the ingredients block.

  7. Why are your prices what they are?

We pay the farms 1.6× to 2.2× what the auction houses pay them, and we don't sell anything in plastic-coated mass packaging. The price reflects single-origin sourcing, hand-sealing, and small-batch dispatch — not a margin we add for the sake of it.

  8. How long does delivery take?

Most metros land in 3–5 working days; non-metros and remote pincodes in 5–8 working days; North-East and islands a few days more. Full timetable lives in the Shipping Policy.

  9. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We're working on it — corporate gift-export is the only international service open right now; write to trade@nutflick.in.

  10. Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum. Free shipping kicks in above ₹999; below that, the standard pincode-based rate applies and is shown clearly at checkout.

  11. Do you do gift hampers?

Yes — we run a small festive line every Diwali, Holi, Rakhi and at year-end. They sell out quickly. For corporate or wedding-scale orders, write to trade@nutflick.in at least three weeks ahead.

  12. What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph it before opening, write to desk@nutflick.in within 48 hours, and we replace or refund — no interrogation. Full process in the Returns Policy.

  13. Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, until we hand it to the courier — usually within a few hours of order placement. The full timetable is in the Cancellation Policy.

  14. How do I reach the desk?

Email desk@nutflick.in, WhatsApp +91 98700 12345, or call +91 98700 12345 Mon–Sat, 10–7. Three of us read every note in order of arrival; most replies land within a working day.
