Changed your mind
before dispatch.

Most cancellations are easy, if they reach the desk before the courier does. Here is the timeline, the refund window, and what to do if the parcel has already left.

  1. Cancelling before dispatch

    You can cancel any order — for any reason — until we've handed it to the courier. The cleanest way is to email desk@nutflick.in with the order number, or call the desk during open hours.

    Orders placed before 2 PM IST are typically dispatched the same afternoon. To be safe, send the cancellation note within 30 minutes of payment.

  2. Cancelling after dispatch

    Once a parcel has left Amritsar, we can no longer cancel it directly. Two options:

    • Refuse delivery at the door. The courier returns it to us; we refund the full amount minus the round-trip courier fee.
    • Accept the parcel and raise a return under the Returns Policy — only valid if the parcel is damaged or mis-shipped.
  3. Refund window

    Refunds for cancelled-before-dispatch orders are initiated within 1 working day. Bank settlement timelines:

    • UPI & debit/credit cards — 3–5 working days.
    • Net-banking — 5–7 working days.
    • Wallet refunds — typically same-day to 48 hours.

    If your refund hasn't landed within the window, write to the desk with the order number and we'll trace the payment with Razorpay on the same call.

  4. Amendments instead of cancelling

    If you want to change the address, swap a product, or add an item before dispatch, write to the desk — we can usually do it without a new order. After dispatch, the courier company controls the address; we can request, but not guarantee, a change in transit.

  5. Cancellations by us

    Very rarely, we may cancel an order from our side — usually for one of three reasons: stock-out detected during the kraft-room pack, an honest pricing error, or a payment that the gateway flagged as suspicious. In every case, we email you immediately and refund the full amount the same day.

Catch the parcel before noon, and the cancellation is paperwork, not pain.
