Every parcel leaves the kraft-room sealed, weighed, and stamped. Below is the honest timetable — transit days, charges, where we ship, and how to track what's already on its way.

  1. Where we ship

    All over India, to 26,000+ pincodes. We currently do not ship outside India — wholesale and gift-export enquiries are welcome at trade@nutflick.in.

  2. Dispatch timing

    Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are sealed, packed and handed to the courier the same afternoon. Orders placed after 2 PM, or on Sundays / public holidays, leave on the next working day. We work Monday to Saturday.

  3. Transit times

    Once the parcel leaves Amritsar, the typical transit windows are:

    • Metros — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad: 3–5 working days.
    • Tier-2 cities — Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Coimbatore, Kochi, etc.: 4–6 working days.
    • Smaller towns & remote pincodes: 6–8 working days.
    • North-East & islands — 8–12 working days; some pincodes route via India Post.

    These windows are post-dispatch. Add 1 working day for orders placed after the 2 PM cutoff.

  4. Shipping charges

    Shipping is calculated by weight and pincode at checkout, and shown clearly before payment.

    • Free shipping on every order above ₹999.
    • Below ₹999, charges typically range between ₹49–₹99 depending on weight and destination.
    • Cold-chain or insulated packaging is added free in the months we judge necessary; we don't pass that on.
  5. Tracking

    Within an hour of dispatch, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. Logged-in customers can also see live status in their order history. If a parcel hasn't moved for 48 hours, write to the desk and we'll chase the courier on your behalf.

  6. Failed deliveries & re-attempts

    Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to Amritsar — we reach out before re-shipping. If the failure is on our side or the courier's, we re-ship at no extra cost. If the failure is because of an incorrect address or non-availability, a small re-shipment fee may apply.

  7. Damaged or wrong parcels

    Photograph the parcel before opening if it looks damaged. Write to desk@nutflick.in within 48 hours with order number and photos — we replace or refund without an interrogation. The full process lives in the Returns Policy.

If a courier loses your parcel, that's our problem to chase, not yours. Just write to the desk.
