Every parcel leaves the kraft-room sealed, weighed, and stamped. Below is the honest timetable — transit days, charges, where we ship, and how to track what's already on its way.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are sealed, packed and handed to the courier the same afternoon. Orders placed after 2 PM, or on Sundays / public holidays, leave on the next working day. We work Monday to Saturday.
Once the parcel leaves Amritsar, the typical transit windows are:
These windows are post-dispatch. Add 1 working day for orders placed after the 2 PM cutoff.
Shipping is calculated by weight and pincode at checkout, and shown clearly before payment.
Within an hour of dispatch, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. Logged-in customers can also see live status in their order history. If a parcel hasn't moved for 48 hours, write to the desk and we'll chase the courier on your behalf.
Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to Amritsar — we reach out before re-shipping. If the failure is on our side or the courier's, we re-ship at no extra cost. If the failure is because of an incorrect address or non-availability, a small re-shipment fee may apply.
Photograph the parcel before opening if it looks damaged. Write to desk@nutflick.in within 48 hours with order number and photos — we replace or refund without an interrogation. The full process lives in the Returns Policy.
